So our first update. We thought we would start with sharing some of the brilliant projects we have been working on so far!
We started the summer running two film workshops at Rhyl High School’s summer school. We both had a brilliant time working with the students and showing them how special effects are created for films.
One of the best aspects of what we do is getting chance to film in unique locations and there is no location more unique to film in then a church. We loved getting the chance to film a Welsh language scene for a showreel of a local talented actor in this location.
The final project I am going to talk about in this first post was The Well Inn Festival in Holywell. Getting chance to get so many people involved in a film and bringing lots of smiles to faces with our little bit of our movie magic really was so rewarding. We also got chance to showcase the local talented musicians and vendors of the area. There is so much talented within North Wales and getting to showcase that is a fantastic feeling.
