FAQ
Why do you only accept payment on a monthly basis?
We do this to ensure students have a place secure each month.
What should I do if my child will miss a session?
You can email us or message us on our social media. It is important we know of a absence by the morning of the session. This allows us to update our register as well as tweak any lesson plans for if your child has a key acting role during film productions.
How do I pay?
You pay using direct debit. The direct debit payment works out at just £7.33 an hour.
What if my child no longer wants to attend?
We also require an email notification so that we can remove your child from our register. We require notice prior to the next month of payment.
What do I do once I have booked my child’s taster session?
Once you have booked your child for their taster session you simply turn up on the session time, complete a quick photo consent form and then leave your child to enjoy the session. We do not require that you stay with them.
What safeguarding policies do you have?
All members of our staff have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in England and Wales and subscribe to the Update Service. At least one member of staff present will have received first aid training. Our staff have also completed e-training in safeguarding. If a parent is needed to be contacted, a copy of emergency contact information for the students is present at all times. Alongside this our staff are made aware of any medical information needed. We also have public liability insurance for our sessions.
